The Subsea Bristle Blaster® technology is MONTI’s new hydraulic underwater device. This water-driven technology provides a profiled surface which is dense, regular and angular for the mechanical bonding of protective materials against corrosion. Connected with a power unit via a single, neutrally buoyant high-pressure hose, the Subsea Bristle Blaster® creates a surface preparation grade comparable to SA2.5 or SA3, with roughness levels up to 50 µm Rz.

Excellent for pipeline composite reinforcements and subsea welding activity on ships, port infrastructures and subsea pipelines.
