VICO-screen cylinders with circumferential slots are made directly by helicoidally winding a metal wire with “V” section on a series of support rods.

These baskets have precise continuous slot sizes that allow a large open area to be obtained and therefore also a very limited pressure drop.

Supply

On request, VICO-Screen baskets can be supplied with support bars and other elements such as flanges or reinforcement rings in accordance with the client’s specifications and drawings.

On request, surface finishes can be applied such as degreasing, pickling and electropolishing.
