Project Overview

Planning services for a new energy center, including the following components:

o iKWK System: Gas-fired CHP plant (approx. 2,500 kW electrical, < 2,600 kW thermal), air-water heat pump (approx. 1,000 kW thermal), electric boiler (approx. 900 kW thermal).

o KWK System: Gas-fired CHP plant (approx. 2,500 kW electrical).

o Peak Load and Redundancy Boilers: Two gas boilers (each approx. 3,300 kW thermal).

o Auxiliary Systems: Heat storage (approx. 300 m³), softening plant, network pressure maintenance, PV system (approx. 50 kWp).

o Technical Integration: Pipelines, fittings, pumps, ventilation, exhaust systems.

o Electrical Integration: Transformer station, medium and low voltage switchgear, network connection.

o Control Integration: Plant automation, remote control connection, alarm systems.

o Structural Integration: Civil works, building construction, steel structures, site utilities, and external works.
