Based in Willis, Texas, Celly H2 offers logistics, storage, dispensing, and modular refueling station services. Chemtec Energy, a company with a 25-year history in the oil and gas industry, specializes in modular hydrogen fueling and storage solutions.
Austin Terry, CEO of Celly H2, described the acquisition as a significant step in expanding the company’s renewable energy portfolio. The deal aims to enhance infrastructure reliability, affordability, and efficiency by deploying advanced modular hydrogen refueling stations (MAHRS). Milton Page, CEO of Chemtec Energy, expressed enthusiasm about combining forces with Celly H2 to meet the increasing demand in the hydrogen market.
