Dallah Healthcare Company has signed a purchase and subscription agreement with Ayyan Investment Company to acquire 100% of Al-Salam Medical Services in Al-Khobar and 97.4% of Al-Ahsa Medical Services in Hofuf. The acquisition will be financed through a capital increase by issuing new shares to Ayyan Investment. This move is part of Dallah Healthcare's strategy to expand its healthcare services and investment growth.

The agreement is subject to regulatory approvals. Chairman Eng. Tarek Othman Alkasabi emphasized the importance of this expansion in the Eastern Province, highlighting its strategic location near Gulf countries. CEO Dr. Ahmed Babaeer noted that the addition of Al-Salam and Al-Ahsa hospitals will significantly enhance Dallah Healthcare's network, which includes several prominent hospitals and clinics across Saudi Arabia. Last year, Dallah Healthcare served over 2.5 million patients.
