🥐 New French Pâtisserie Opens in York's Historic Shambles
Master Pâtissier Florian Poirot is set to open a new shop on Friday, October 25, in York's iconic Shambles. Originally from France, Florian is known for his award-winning pastries and was the UK pastry champion in 2017. Having moved to York nearly ten years ago, he expressed his excitement about the new venture, stating, “Pastry has always been my passion, and I can’t wait to share with you what we do.”
Customers can look forward to a delectable selection of macarons, pâtisserie, and desserts. Florian previously opened a shop in Malton that received attention from royalty and culinary stars, promising a delightful experience for all who visit his new location!
